In- person and via telehealth
I provide both in- person and telehealth therapy sessions. I use SimplePractice EHR for secure video call sessions, as well as secure, HIPAA- compliant record keeping.
I work with clients to create treatment goals based on the areas they would like to grow within. These therapeutic goals guide treatment focus, duration, and intensity. There is no set length for therapeutic treatment-- some people complete goals and create change within several weeks to months and others may be in therapy for a year or more.

Getting Started
How to Contact Me: Please contact me by phone. Leave a voicemail with your name and number. Please do not include any personal health information. I will call you back and we can have a 10- 15 minute phone consultation to see if a therapeutic relationship would be a “good fit.”
Response time: Please allow 24 business hours for me to respond to voicemails. Please do not call in an emergency- call 911 or the NM Crisis Line at 1-855-NMCRISIS (662-7474).
Scheduling and Paperwork: If during the consultation we agree on pursuing a therapeutic relationship, we will schedule an in- take session in a recurring time slot on a weekly or every- other- week basis. I will then send all paperwork to be completed through the client portal.
Sessions are by appointment only. No walk-ins.
is an electronic health record (EHR) system used to securely manage client data and facilitate secure videoconferencing for telehealth therapy sessions. Clients will create a password- protected client portal where they can see upcoming appointments, manage billing, and maintain appropriate documentation. Telehealth sessions may also be accessed through SimplePractice’s secure telehealth app.
